Screen Pop for MS Teams

We are planning to open a new site and as we consider technology options I'm wondering if anybody can confirm if and how we would perform a screen pop from an inbound call using the MS Teams client.

At our current site we are using a Cisco Call Manager and Finesse to pass the caller ID to a URL--ideally, we would like to replicate this capability with MS Teams client.
