Hi guys,

As the title says I dont have table 2000000159 - Data Sensitivity in my NAV.

Its a fresh installed NAV2018 with the newest CU6 installed, but there are some of the codeunits/pages for example codeunit 1180 that cannot compile because of the missing table.

Have microsoft forgotten to include this table or what?

I have found a blog post that writes that this tables is used for GDPR. https://dev.solteq.com/2018/05/21/nav-gdpr/

    Hi Mohana,

I just tried to Run Developer Envoirment as Admin. I still get the same error.

FYI I have downloaded and installed CU6 for the Danish version.

Ohh I have installed a NAV2018 CU2 - and imported the objects from NAV2018 C6 - the system table is added in CU4 forward.

But since its a system table its not included in fob objects? So I have to database upgrade the server right?

Can I upgrade the database server without upgradeing existing objects (some have been modifyed.)?

    Hi,

If you are importing NAV 2018 CU 6 objects .fob then your database has tobbe of the same verauon. You can simply convert the database.

    Refer this blog chrisdsilvablog.wordpress.com/.../upgradation-of-database-from-microsoft-dynamics-nav-2016-to-2017-part-1

You need to convert the database to CU6, at least a technical upgrade. CU2 doesn’t support GDPR and it doesn’t have DataClassification property on fields, so it’s an incompatible version with the objects you’re trying to import.

    Christopher,

I had similar kind of issue recently when I have contacted Microsoft they said it is a bug, and the issue resolved once I have regenerated/downloaded a new license for the client.

Ok thanks. Is it possible to upgrade/convert the database with other navs running on it (code objects from CU2) without importing the new CU objects in right away?

yes, technical upgrading is allowed, but you have to be sure that the features of the newer CU will only be available when you merge with the new objects.
