We tried to post the electronic payment from the payment journal and have got the errors as below. Please advise! Thank you!

Check exported must be equal to YES in Gen. Journal Line, Journal Template Name = payments, Journal Batch Name = Default, Line no.=10000, Current Value is 'NO'.

    Hi

Before Posting the Electronic Payments you need to generate the Electronic Payment file, Transmit the file & then you have to post the journal Entries

Please check whether you have Exported the Payment file, refer the below for Export & Transmit files

If the error message states check then you will need to use the "print check" function in order to apply a tick (yes) to the field "Check Printed".

As it is for an electronic payment I would think it is the BACS journal in which case you must export the BACS into a txt file. Within the purchase & payables setup you can set the file location for the BACS export file.
