OOO solution is not available for CLM. Have you explored the ISVs?

No. D365 F&O does not have a complete CLM module.
Implement the CLM like,

ISV/Third-Party Add-on
Build Custom CLM in D365 F&O using X++
Build CLM in D365 F&O On-Premises (Custom X++ Approach)

Microsoft's Native CLM Capabilities

D365 F&O (on-premises) does not have a full out-of-the-box CLM module. However, it provides built-in contract-related features:
D365 Supply Chain Management provides built-in capabilities to operationalize contracts through purchase agreements, rebate agreements, brokerage agreements, and regular purchase orders. For more comprehensive CLM, it also provides a common integration framework to connect with an external CLM system — supporting advanced processes like contract creation, authoring, redlining, negotiation, signing, amendment, and termination.

Hi,

CLM can be extensive or used in a more simple and pragmatic approach. Instead of only asking about CLM, can you indicate what exact features you are looking for and need in your processes?

When searching on AppSouce for CLM solutions, I see some created, but not built for Dynamics 365 F&O. Browse Apps | Microsoft Marketplace
