Can you export a complete overview of a parent account to excel?

I am trying to export the parent account including any sub-accounts i.e. agency, region, site as a heirarchy as it appears in Dynamics 365 but I can't seem to find where I can do this without copying and pasting what I want.

Hi Renee,

We can use Report.

Go to Service > Reports. There is an OOB report that shows most of the account information you want. It is the Account Summary.

Select it then click Run Report button.

You could specify the account range by clicking Edit Filter in the upper left corner.

You could choose whether to include Sub-Accounts and Related Records.

Finally you could save this report as an Excel file.

If this OOB report does not meet your needs, then we can customize a new report.
