Hi ,
Anyone know how to enable the features like embedded Teams chat experience for Dynamics 365 that are part of the latest teams features that are said to release starting in April and running through the end of September.
It seems like public previews is available this month (July 2021). But even after enabling it I am not able to find these features like embedded team chat experience etc.
Can someone help?

Thank you for the above.
As advised I installed the same and in teams, I am able to find the Dynamics 365 tab where I am able to directly connect to CRM and make the necessary changes.
But I wonder how can I get the side panel that shows recent and ongoing chats, channels, and people in Teams related to the customer record in view. As when I check i am not able to find any.
Any suggestion?

The chat support feature is in private preview. It will be rolled out by end of August 2021 where you need to Toggle the Microsoft Teams chats inside Dynamics 365 (preview) option under the Teams Chat and collaborate settings page.
