Hi All,

Just want to know is there any out of box capability for GDPR is present in Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse for the contact and account entity? Awaiting your reply

Hi Tiklu,

The accounts entity does not store any GDPR consent information—only contact entities include it.

Hi Leah Ju,

Thanks for your reply. What I am looking for is some out of box option to say anonymize the PII or a single place from where I can download all data related to a contact and give it the Customer. Is there anything available out of box or does it need to be developed?
