User accounts couldn't access Dynamics 365 app in Trial instance

Hi everyone,

I signed up Dynamics 365 for Sales Enterprise Trial, choosing app Dynamics 365 for Sale:

 - I signed in portal.office.com, chose app Dynamics 365, then I was redirected to Dynamics home page where I saw all available apps (including Customer Service, Field Service,...), I thought I was supposed to see only Sale app since I just signed up this app. Does anyone know why?

 - I created some accounts in portal, licensed them Dynamics 365 licenses, but when these accounts signed in portal => Dynamics 365, they couldn't see the apps that showed up on administrative account's Dynamics 365 home page. Then I went check my Dynamics 365 Setting => Security => Users, and recognized these users name had showed up here. After doing some research on the Internet, there was a recommendation that I should create Security Group including these accounts first on the Admin Center, and then connect this group with Dynamics 365, but since my instance is just a trial instance and there was no way I could edit it, so I had to find out another way to add user manually into Dynamics 365. I used these accounts to sign up Dynamics 365 for Sales Enterprise Trial, obviously I received a notice that these accounts already had Dynamics 365 license, then I chose to join the existing instance which administrative account created, a request email was sent to admin's mailbox => I approved it => user account got an email said "Congratulations! Your request to join Dynamics 365 was approved." along with a link to Dynamics 365 instance I requested to join. But when I clicked on that link, I was redirected to a new page with a notice "We are setting up your account", and eventually a browser showed up this page:

The URL should be correct since it was the same with the URL the admin account used to access his Dynamics 365 app successfully. I tried with some other accounts but it always ended up like that, I also went to check Users page in Dynamics 365 and saw these users already appeared in Enabled Users list. Could somebody help me with this issue?

 - BTW, in the Admin Center, I saw the amount of license of Dynamics 365 (full name is Dynamics 365 P1 Trial for Information Workers) is 10,000. Am I wrong cause as I remember the number of available Dynamics 365 Trial license is only 25?

Thank you for taking your time reading my post. I know it's kind of long but I just want to describe the issue as much detailed as I can to provide a full view about the scenario. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi North Star,

Once we met the same Issue. From your description , you have allowed other users to join your Instance and you have already approved the mail. You can see them as "Enabled User" in D365 Instance which means they could access to the Instance now. You just need to ask them to log off , clear all the cache and login again. Then they would successfully access the Trial Instance. It worked when we applied this Dynamics 365 P1 Trial for Information Workers trial subscription.

In addition , you could ask other user to apply to join your Instance from the following Trial Instance Picker:

    port.crm.dynamics.com/.../TrialInstancePicker.aspx;country=US&lang=en-US&isSmb=False

    Hope it would help.

    Regards

    Hello,

Please log into the crm instance as a admin account, look for the specific account which has an issue and have an security role assigned,

as per the screen shot, that should also display the self explanatory error message as " user not assigned a sec role" but for some reason i guess it not displayed, please check if this fixes the issue.
