Journal batch number on voucher transaction form

Hi Friends,

I hope everyone is doing well!

Actually, I was reviewing the Voucher form and there I cannot find the Journal Batch number column also by personalizing the form I cannot find the field and I was wondering why this journal batch number field was not available on the form.

Can anyone give some information related to it.

Interesting. I've never seen that case before. First thing I would do is try opening that journal in a different browser. Can other users see the journal number in the form? Are there any customizations on the form? You can also try resetting your usage data. Sometimes odd behavior like this one is due to a caching issue.

Actually, I checked this in 2-3 different environments of different client where we don't have any customization.
