On January 1st we moved from Great Plains 2015 to Dynamics 365 and it has provided to be quite the challenge. Prior to the move to D365 we did check printing to a specific printer that access was controlled by an Active Directory group because of the check stock and special ink. Yesterday it was brought to my attention that anyone can print to this printer because it is in D365 via the DRA - so we had people printing huge reports to the check printer which was not a good thing. Is there anyway to control printing in D365 or are we stuck with this DRA items?
I found this but I am a System Administrator not a VS scripter.
Any assistance on this would be great.
