Purchase Customer Insights - but need the Portal

We need to purchase Customer Insights - Journeys, but we also need the Outbound Event Portal. Are we able to 'install' the old Event Portal on a PowerPage? Will it have the same functionality - and does anyone have some documentation on it or how you've proceeded?

HI Jonas,

you will not be able to use the outbound event portal with real-time events. If you want to use the event portal you also need to reinstall Outbound Marketing, for that you have to ask the support to do that for you.

Otherwise there is a good article about the event functionalities: What you need to know about the Event Portal in Customer Insights – Journeys (dynamics.com)

I would recommend to think about using Power pages for the event portal, I think this is the most future proof option.
