Partial payments for sales invoice

Hi Has anyone done or trying to record payments for sales invoice in Dynamics 365 Sales? Can you record the amount? How many payments can be recorded for one invoice?

Do you have Dynamics 365 Sales integrated with Dynamics 365 Business Center?

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

Invoices in Dynamics 365 Sales only captures Payment status (out-of-the-box). Actual Payments (with amounts) are not recorded.

You can set the status to:

Partially Paid

Fully Paid

However, you can create a new entity to record the payments as per your need.
