I'm trying to link to TD Bank EasyWeb (Canada).
I start on Bank Account Card.
I click on Bank Statement Service - Link to Online Bank Account and follow prompts.

I get message /No new bank account is created or linked because all online bank accounts are already linked./

None of my accounts is linked.
I'm hoping for a clue as to how to proceed.
Is there any Microsoft support available to help set up a bank account?
