Monitoring and Responding to Facebook Ads related to the customer

Hi all,

I have an interesting client requirement. They would like to analyse Facebook Ads that are linked to their brand as well be able to respond to responses to these ads from within SME as opposed to from Facebook itself.

Is this a support configuration? If so how does one set this up?

You cant track or get adds Info to your MSE. And more over there is no sdk for customize your requirements.. You can use to configure search, post likes ect. Only the OOB features.

MSE does not currently track ads.

A good option to get this feature into MSE is to create a feature request:

ideas.dynamics.com/.../social-engagement

And then get as many votes as possible!
