How to put error when delete button logic is invoke

Hi everyone !
I am new to this , so i will really appreciate if someone can help me :)
 
What i need to do ? When the delete button on the Purchase Orders form is clicked, i need to check if Discount is greater then 0 and if so , delete is not allowed. Error should be showed, that indicate the same.
And if it is equal to 0 then delete is allowed.
 
Can someone help me, how to achieve this with x++ logic.

    Hi Anawi,
     
    Normally I would use ribbon workbench to add custom enable rules to the buttons.
    But if you want to use X++ logic, please refer to the following link:
