When I want to create a Sales order for 50 items, can I use any Excel template to process? If yes, please give me instruction to create the template in Rapid start.

We are using Specific Measurement Method in accounting. All fields that I need to use: Type, Item types, No, Description, Location code, Quantity, Qty. to ship, Unit price Incl. VAT (Vietnamese accounting tax), Line amount incl. VAT, Line discount%.

    Hi

If you are using Sales journal then you can use Rapidstart to import Sales Order but if you using Sales Order screen to generate then you need to write XMLPORT to import the sales order as it contain two different tables . You need to take help of developer.

You can actually also try to copy-paste the lines to- and back from Excel.

You can create one line in the sales order, copy it to Excel, in the Excel generate as many lines as you need and just copy-paste them back.

Create a configuration package for the table 37 and include those fields also document type, document no. and Line No. which you can use to import the lines but before that  create manually the order header and use that order no. in the template to import.

Check the video how to create configuration package. In your case you just need for table 37.
