Hour Transaction Status stuck as estimated

Hi There

I've a number of timesheets that are entered on a weekly basis. Each week we need to adjust approx three of four of them.

Lately we have stumbled into an error where the transaction is stuck at estimated status at the cost level which has stopped us from being able to adjust the transaction and more importantly create an estimate with the correct amount of hours - ie if a project has logged 250 in one month but 200 of those hours are set as estimated as screenshot below then the estimate will only recognise the 50 hours that have been posted

Screenshot of where I think it is stuck - Does anyone have any ideas of where I can unstick these or where it might be an issue ?

Hi Mairead,

Have you tried reversing the last estimate? Does this 'free' the posted transactions? Can you also check the estimate tab in the project parameters to see if some parameter settings cause the problem?
