Bing Maps error on one account

On one account the message displayed in the map area is

"Sorry, an error has occurred retrieving nearby auditors"

If I change the post code to another one.

The error goes away and the map always displays the same location regardless of whatever post code I enter.

I have the same question (0)

Hello, could you please attach a screenshot of the displayed message and a little more context of the process?

An account does not appear to show results for bing maps. I've tried resetting the cache and use private browser windows but it doesn't help. It is ok for other accounts.

The post code is GL20 7NF

If I enter a random postcode then the error doesn't appear.
