Hi,
For some reason, im unable to open powerapps or weblink embed in D365 guides on Hololens 2.
It used to work fine but now it seems to not open Microsoft edge under action buttons at all, wondering if its due to latest update?
I can open it fine on the desktop app but not on hololens either on author or operator mode.

Thank you for your posting and patience. The best way to diagnose this problem is to submit feedback through Feedback Hub app on your HoloLens. When submitting feedback, you have the option of running a live repro and collecting additional data that will be helpful. I've described the steps for submitting a repro here:

You mentioned the issue might be with Edge rather than Guides. I think for now please select Dynamics 365 Guides as the app when prompted (see instructions). It may be necessary to re-collect feedback using different settings (which will collect different data) but let's eliminate Guides as the issue first. Once you submit feedback, make a note of any links/IDs given to you (or remember the title). Since you are submitting feedback under HoloLens, I won't expect you to type a detailed description or title. Just type enough to get the point across and send me the info so I can catch the feedback and escalate routing.

There is an issue with Edge on Hololens, it doesn't open properly which might be the reason for issue on guides.
Wondering if others have issue with Edge on hololens? Firefox reality is working fine on it.

I have updated the app today but it still does not open Edge from guides.
Would it be possible to have a quick call on this issue to see if we are able to fix it?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on Hololens and tried using a simple weblink but edge just does not open.
Are you able to post link to create support ticket please? Possible to organise a call or somewhere i could send recorded hololens screen to show what im doing?

Thanks for your response. We weren't able to reproduce the weblink issue with the latest store build (version 603.2107.20001.0) on the PC and HL Guides application.

Hi Ryan,
The action button is not opening edge for me- I click it, tried opening with gaze and restarting device but get the same issue.
I could try to record my screen and post it somewhere if it helps?

Can you clarify the behaviour you are seeing? Is the Edge browser not opening when you select the 'action' button in the step card or is the content not loading in the browser after it opens?

Can you describe what happens when you try to open the link.
Does the browser window not appear or does the link not load?
