    Hello  Vankatesh,

    Greetings of the day!

In regards to your concerns, there are two way by which you can add default portal in dynamics 365

We have found the reference links for you. Kindly find those below:

    1)Provision a portal using the older portal add-on: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/provision-portal-add-on

    2)Provision a portal using PowerApps: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/create-portal

Kindly try the above things on your end and let us know in case of any other concerns, I would be happy to assist you further for the same

    Kind Regards,

    CRMjetty

Thank you Leo for your response and I agree we can configure Portal Add-on. But we are trying to automate the whole installation setup and hence the v9 solutions are needed.

If you know the location to find Dynamics 365 portal v9 solutions let me know. Thank you.

    Regards

    Hi partner,

As we know, Dynamics 365 has two types: online and on-premise.

1.If you are using D365 Online, you should have the Power Apps Plan 2 license or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement license.

And then you could install your portal in Dynamics 365 admin center->Applications->Add-on portal and install it.

Portal is now integrated into the Power apps, so you could also get portal in power apps directly.

    2. If you are using Dynamics 365 on-premise, you need to use other features below.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Leo
