Product kits - kit orders - BOM Journal - Automatic reservation

Hi all,

I am currently testing through Product Kits functionality in D365. I currently have a product kit configured with around 10 component items. When creating a kit order, D365 then create a BOM journal to pick the items. However the main issue I'm getting is that although I have 100+ quantity in pick locations in the warehouse, it's reserving the item at PACKING location.

Is there a way to either divert the reservation on this location?
