Hello Zahra,

Here is another great example from MS how you can realize Email approvals.

bascatalog2019.azurewebsites.net/SessionDetail.aspx

If you have an on-prem application then you need an on-prem connector for Flow.

Instance Name does n't fill automatically !!

Hi Zahra,

You are right that the example shown in the video does not exactly match your requirement but you can get an idea how to realize email approvals. If I am not wrong there is another video available from this conference that has another similar example included.

Some information on the on-prem connector for flow can be found here: flow.microsoft.com/.../

Hi Ludwig,

Thank you very much indeed. your comment was useful for me , but i need to use business event for work flow , in the method that you mentioned about that (Sql Server Connection) (i would like to use Microsoft flow for sending approval via email when a status of free text invoice should change to "approved" or "reject".
