I would suggest you to install D365 Sales Hub from this customer source page with work account
mbs.microsoft.com/.../365salesappdownloads
While we must confirm customer has already bought product license since I just met such situation that customer could not download the Sales Hub package when they just use trial product key.
They may meet the error that ‘Using application solutions is currently not supported for your organization ****(work account domain) because it's in an unmanaged state’. which seems there's no product subscription found under their domain.
