Simple question:
Can a Service Activity created in D365CE be sync. to Dynamics 365 App for Outlook or Dynamics 365 Outlook Client?
I cant find any thing on it from Microsoft. Some writes that it is possible, but when I test it, nothing happens. Normal Appointments gets sync perfectly.

Yes, it can be synchronized. You need to install Dynamics 365 for the Outlook client first.
By default, the Service Activities that will sync to your Outlook calendar if you have the Dynamics 365 for the Outlook client installed.
