Hello Community,

Does anyone know in the Omnichannel Historical Analytics Dashboard, where is the data stored - the list of data I have circled in red below. Is this all in Dataverse, or somewhere else?

Yes we have reproduced and adjusted the entire report and all data is represented in dataverse.

Thank you for your reply! However, it doesn't appear we could query for all of those data (the data set I circled in red in my screen shot above) using Advanced Find in D365. Some of the data is not available from the list of entities/tables in Advanced Find...

Am I missing anything?

Hi partner,

I think your tagged data model doesn't seem to be stored in the dataverse. You could connect to an online database with sql server and see if these entities exist in that database, if not then I think it seems to exist in other services.
