Unbilled revenue in billing schedules

I want to mark this line on my billing schedule as "Unbilled revenue" but the option is greyed out. They item type is standard: 
And I have setup the accounts for it: 
 
What am I missing?

    Please follow the instructions in this document to set up unbilled revenue: Unbilled revenue - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
    In addition, this blog gives an example of handling unbilled revenue, which you can check according to the blog content. Unbilled Revenue: Examples (onlinehelpcrm.azurewebsites.net)
