Is there a way to easily identify the expected time of step (task) of completion tracking by item main source (e.g. fixed asset equipment) and by customer?

Hi FranciscoO,

This is not directly supported but you could build a custom report. Operator session data is recorded in the Guide Session table. If you can map your guides to assets or customers, you could use that table as a basis for building a custom report.
