HTTP request against odata collection rreturns 401 Unauthorized error

Hello,

I'm trying to POST HTTP request against my ODATA collection in DEV environment via POSTMAN. I always get error 401 Unauthorized. I tried to use Basic Authentiction and Bearer Token (there I enter code from Microsoft Authenticator) When I login to me env I enter username and password and Microsoft authentication code. Nothing worked out.

how can I authenticate to my env in a correct way?

Hi Azat,

You wouldn't need your credentials to connect. Did you do an Azure App registration and set it up in D365 F&O? You can check this post to check the steps to be followed. Once this is done, you can check the steps in this post to setup postman to make a call to D365.

did everything like it is in instruction. Access token has been generated successfully but now I get 403 error forbidden

JSON response is

{ "Message": "Please verify that the user is valid and set up correctly." }

Changed user in FO and now it works fine returning code 200. Thank you again
