Customer Engagement plan through gold competency enables all users to have access without a license

Hello,

Client is a gold partner and has Customer Engagement plan for 60 users. They assigned 1 to the admin and for some reason there are an undefined number of user who do not have a license assigned at all who can access the application and also configure. Why is this? How can this be fixed?

    Hi ConnorD365Insight,

    Based on your description, it seems that your environment enable the 'Pay as you go plan'. You could check it and then disable it if necessary.
