Refresh button on queue ribbon disapears when queue item selected

The refresh button for queue items subgrid in the legacy web client always shows but in the new Unified Interface it is now located on the queue form ribbon and is hidden by default when a queue item is selected. We have inherited a dynamics system that has customised the Pick button and it requires that the refresh button is always shown.

Is there a way to overide this behaviour using the ribbon workbench?

Thanks

I can confirm in unified interface out of box they are visible to me. There might be a customization in your environment. It can be configured from Ribbon work bench if it is not visible.

If you have a particular issue regarding customization let us know.

    Hi Fillcrocker,

In the new Unified Interface, Refresh button will be hidden when records selected Whether it is in view or sub-grid view, which is by-design.

Unfortunately, ribbon workbench can’t show refresh button consistently in sub-grid view, because that you can’t find icon about refresh button shown in the sub-grid bar in ribbon workbench.

I did eventually find the refresh button  (id is RefreshModernButton) but I did not want to mess with the default behavior so I added a custom refresh button that shows when one or more queue items are selected and added a command to refresh the view - bit of a hack but it solves my problem
