Learning Dynamic 365 Finance and Operations

Dear Community,

I am Emmanuel from Ghana, West Africa and have commenced the learning of Dynamic 365 Finance and Operations. I am however unable to access a trail version in Ghana as the default message is that it is not available in our market.

I wish to be a Functional Consultant. Can someone help me on how to get trail version.
