How can I see journals submitted for my approval. Can I add that in my Workspace?

There is a work items assigned to me section on the main dashboard of Dynamics 365, irrespective if it is a journal or e.g. timesheets. This should give you the list with workflows waiting for your approval.
Thank you Andre, however the journals in our company are assigned to User groups and not workflows so it doesn't appear on the Work items assigned to me.
You are talking about Manual approval not workflow approval . manual approval has to be done by one of the user present in that group . You have to approve it from the journal screen. I dont think there is separate dashboard for that.

If I understand you correctly then you use the 'old' manual approval.
Why you don't move to the modern workflow approval system, which would fix your issue and allow seeing things you have to approve in your work item list.

Hi Ludwig, thank you for your inputs. It would be great to do so.
In our team, there are few accountants submitting journals and about 4-5 team leaders who approve them. Any of the team leader can approve as they are all in the Approval User group. Is there some doco I can read about the modern workflow system.
