Vendor Remittance - Word Template

Hello!

When I go to Process Remittance Forms and Email them to a Vendor(s), I get the exchange logon dialog box below and the login Fails and I can't continue.

The Server Type is set to Exchange

The Office version is 32 bit

The Word Add In is installed

Can you point me in the right direction?

Hi GPManiac,

Justin's link for the E-mail troubleshooting guide is likely to get you the solution in 99% of the time. Nowadays often the issue with the "Exchange" e-mail mode is the authentication towards the cloud O365 accounts that have MFA or 2FA enabled.. though the latest GP build is supposed to support that now, but older version don't.

If your Exchange server is local (i.e. installed on the local domain network), then you might look for cert or security issues.
