Dynamics 365 Online Trial and Microsoft Social Engagement

I was trying to setup the social insights to my current trial of Dynamics 365 Online. All of my users have the Dynamics 365 Plan 1 Enterprise Edition license which includes a Microsoft Social Engagement Enterprise. However, the admin for Microsoft Social Engagement does not show but a tile shows up in the apps. The application however does not open and says the application is not available. At the CRM admin settings, the social engagement does not also show any instance to connect into. How do I setup a Social Engagement Trial for my Dynamics 365 Trial? Do I need to buy license to subscribe into Social Engagement application?

    Hello Jullian,

    The usual Dynamics 365 trials are not eligible to Microsoft Social Engagement, but you can request an additional trial offer for MSE that you can add to your tenant, here:

    If this link doesn't work please go here https://experience.dynamics.com/ and in the top right click on trials and select Social Engagement Trial Request.

    Thanks for reply me.

    Right, i am not from support but yes I am expert in MSD 365 so that's the reason, i leave message .

    And its small issue then it will not take any charge so dont worry about it.

    We will also given gaudiness if any require from anyone.
