I do not find related configurations for activating Consignment Inventory, need help

Hi,

I do not find related configurations like Owner in Tracking dimension group, Journal type - Owner ship change, default journal field in Inventory module parameter for posting ownership journal posting.

Do I miss something in the license configuration? Can someone help me on this?
