Hello everyone,
i have to change the Approver User ID for one of my co-workers, but i get everytime the message, that there are open lines. I have the permissions, delete all empty Timesheets and check every single timesheet if there are empty lines, the times are correct and so on and i've already tried it with a former colleague. But i still get the error message.
Have anyone an idea how to fix that?
Did you get your problem solved? If the issue persists, please open a ticket with Microsoft.
