Dynamics 365 Sales Quotation Line (quotedetails) dual-write map missing field

' I have a tier 1 environment where this dual-write map is working as expected.
As I am turning this one on in a tier 2 environment, for some reason it is missing a key field:

[DIPV1015] Mapping is incomplete - Integration key field(s) [msdyn_salesproductcategory.msdyn_hierarchy(Hierarchy)] from table [msdyn_productcategories(Product Category)] must be mapped.

This field comes from a lookup on the quote details table which then looks up to the Product Category Hierarch table to get the field. (Quote product (lines) -> Product Category -> Product Category Hierarchy)
This is after the 'Name' field on the Hierarchy table, however, I'm not sure why my tier 1 is good with this lookup but my tier 2 is not.

They seem to be out of sync as my tier 2 calls this table 'Quote Line' with my tier 1 calling it 'Quote product'.

EDIT:
I have found the root cause.  I installed the most recent version of 'Dual Write Supply Chain Extended Solution' in Power Platform administration in my tier 2.  My tier 1 was working until accidentally did the same thing, although this did confirm my theory that this package is causing the issue.

In Power Platform adim under Resources / D365 Apps, is there a way to revert to older versions?  Or uninstall and install an older version?

CORRECTION:
My tier 1 still works even with the upgrade.  Apologies.

Once everything was on the same version, it all worked as expected.

    No,

You cannot revert or install an older version. By the way, is it now resolved?
