Image in Warehousing app?

Hi,

I have uploaded an image in the Product details form for an item but it does not display on the Warehousing app. Please guide. Attached below is the screenshot of where I am looking to display the image.

    Hey all,
     
    Just hopping onto this string from a few years ago.
    There's been an upgrade to the new Warehouse management app now and wondering if there's any more info related.
    I'm trying these suggestions here but not having any success even uploading and wondering if anyone else saw the same issue?
     
    Released products > Related information > Product image > Change image > New > Browse to saved image location > Select image
     
     
    I am getting the above message each time, I have tried different image sizes, tried .jpg, .png, .pdf but no success.
     
    Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

    I just tried this on mine.  I used it under the load receiving and putaway and it just shows up.  I just saved the image under product images the same place that you saved yours.  I don't think there's any security around images.

    I'm not sure what else to tell you to try.  You might just try logging in and out maybe creating another load if this load was created prior to the image being uploaded.  Something like that.

    Does Anyone have experience in beste practices concerning photo sizes (amount of KB) and data usage ?  We have 1000+ technicians on the road which will be using the app and they all have limited data on their mobiles.

    Hello André,

    Yes I have add image on related Information area of released product and I have set it as default image.

    The image format is .jpg.

    Is there any limitation on the format and size of the image to appear in the application?

    Unfortunately, I missed this question in February. Was the image set as default image?
