It can be SPN issue. If it is claims and IFD configured make sure the setting is right
add this URL https://*.company.com.px to trusted sites check the HTTPS setting and add the site. (if the site is https://<URL> or else no need to check https setting)
Click on custom level button ---> go to the bottom --> check automatic login with current user and password
The username that you enter should be like <CRMdomainname\username>
Check with other CRM users if they are having same issue too logging in if not then it is not server side issue but specific to your machine or user account.
