Hi,
I'm looking for a standard way to get an external link to the sales invoices (from sales orders and the project module). In fact, I have a DSO management tool running all the collection letters and I include a web link to each related invoice. It's powerfull to optimize the DSO, since the customer can directly access to its invoice when he receives the letter.

Can you explain the abbreviation DSO?

Do you want to have a link to the form with invoice details from an external system or do you want to get e.g. a pdf file of the invoice?
I want my customers to have access to the pdf by clicking on this link.
Do you store the pdf files in the Dynamics 365 application? If so, they should be added as a user to get access. Then you also have to pay licenses for these users. It would be better to have a portal available where they can login. Just a URL without authentication is not secure.
