Model Driven App - Publish on Marketplace

Hello Dynamics 365community ,

We have developed a Model- Driven App in Dynamics CRM CE 365. We want to host our application in Marketplace or Microsoft AppSource. We need a proper guidance that how we can approach for it. What kind of documentation will be needed. And under which category we need to publish our app.
