Files download from Dynamics have a wrong format

Hi

Everytime I download anything from our Dynamics environment it is download with a ' on the name. In example, instead of mydocument.docx it will be named 'mydocument.docx'. If I rename the file and remove the ' it can be opened but it is annoying. 

It happens with any kind of documents, words or zip files from the solution. 

It didn't happen from the beginning. It just started to happen randomly.  The most strange thing is that while it was happening for me, another user could download the documents correctly, so you would think it is my machine, but after she downloaded a couple of times, it started to happened to her aswell. 

Could anyone help?

    Hi Teresa,

    This is a known issue in the latest version of Google Chrome (v72).

    The solution is to use a lower version of Google Chrome, or other browsers such as Edge, IE, Firefox to download files.

    There have been several bugs in using D365 on the latest version of Google Chrome. Therefore, we recommend that you do not use the latest version of Google Chrome for a while, and wait for Google Chrome to fix these bugs before using it.
