First post, so if this is in the wrong spot let me know. I'm not asking a question so much as sharing the answer to a problem that has recently spread among my customer base, my own system included.
Is your D365 App for Outlook add-in showing a blank screen when launching?
Steps to resolve:
- Close out Outlook and IE
- Open a command prompt.
- Run the following command: icacls %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow /t /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)L
- Go to Internet Options
- Delete History and remove the Dynamics Cached/Database
- It's under Browsing History/Settings/Caches and Databases
