is there any possibility that we could check the deprecated items from plugin or javascript code using any tools.

There is a tool currently in preview that allows you to do that for packages but I think that is a closed group.
In the next (October 2018) release that preview tool is moving into PowerApps / Dynamics 365 itself as a Solution Checker see docs.microsoft.com/.../build-model-driven-apps-of-higher-quality-with-solution-checker
I need to get Custom Code Validator tool for dynamics 365 8.2 .
if that is not available then how could i go and check the deprecated code customization from customization.
OR what is the easiest way of doing this.
There isn't one - the 2015 (from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45535 ) wasn't upgraded
As I stated above going forward for 9.0 there will be one built into Powerapps itself but at the moment there isn't a validator code generally available.
