Need to change/hide/show few timestamp drop down/option set values in CRM 2016 date time field

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to change Timestamp of Start Time field of Appointment from 30 min interval to 15 min.

Example:

8:00 AM (Available)

8:15 AM (To add)

8:30 AM (Available

8:45 AM (To add)

--

--

till 4:45 PM

5:00 PM (To remove)

5:30 PM (To remove) etc. 

Summary: Few values to be added and few to be removed from Date Time fields timestamp drop down.

Any suggestion??
