Can I add a Team to D365 Sales so they can have permissions to read/write each others records

I believe if the Team was put as the owner of the record, then anyone on that team would be able access with read/write privilege's. However, we don't want to change the owner to the Team, we want the owner to remain the Salesperson. These individuals being able to work on projects as a team and be able to add/modify each others records is our Goal. Is there a way to achieve this?

    Hi Partner,
You can create one new Business unit, and to add these users into it.
1)Each business unit has a default team.
2)If a user is added to this business unit, they are automatically added to  the business unit's default team.
3)You can assign a security role to the business unit's default team. This is done to simplify security role management where all your business unit team members can share the same data access.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it is helpful! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
