I am encountering an issue with a business rule and would appreciate any advice or solutions you might have!
I have created a business rule with /all forms/ scope, The rule works as expected in the main form and the quick create form. However, when I add this entity as a Quick View Form on another entity's form, the business rule does not seem to execute.
The business rule is used to show/hide fields according to another field value, all fields included in the business rule are added to the Quick view form.
My questions are:
Are there known limitations or considerations for business rules in Quick View Forms?
Is there any additional configuration or workaround to enable the business rule to execute in this context?
Could this behavior be influenced by the form type or the way the Quick View Form is embedded?
