Syncing Issue question

Hello,

We have a main GP SQL Server and a remote connection that has the GP client installed on it. My question is how does the GP Client communicate with the server?... real-time or in set intervals?

We are seeing transactions on the client but not on the server that hosts GP.

There is no synchronization between the client and the server. GP is a client/server application. You change the data on the server and then the client via the ODBC connection sees that data currently on the server. Now if you have multiple servers and some kind of interface between servers that changes everything. It sounds like your GP client is not pointing to the same server upon which the data is being committed.
