Customers with no appointments

Hello

For Relationship Management, we need to ensure our customers are being met/contacted regularly. As such, we'd like to create a View to show all Customers (Accounts) with NO Appointments upcoming.

So, if a our Relationship Manager met them in November 2023 but hasn't set up another appointment for this year, then they should appear in the View.

I tried creating a new View on the Account entity with the Activity (regarding) entity, but I don't see a IS NOT, and I would like to see only those with no appointments.

Is this possible?

Hi Partner,

In the UI, we can easily find accounts with no any appointments:

--Filter Criteria “Does Not Contain Data”

But limitation is that, it is not possible to add filter conditions for the child entity.

Based on your description, you need filter appointments within this year.

So you need use fetchxml to add condition under it.
