gMSA$ is account used to run the Dynamics 365 Asynchronous Service but notifications are not working

Hi,

We are using Exchange 2016 wit Dynamics 365 v9.x, The Dynamics 365 Asynchronous Service is running with a gMSa account and service start.

We are using Windows Authentication with Auto Discover Server set to NO and using a valid incoming/outgoing Server location
Email System Setting is set to Server-Side Synchronization for both incoming and outgoing emails

We get all the mailboxes  are no longer processing or are not yet enabled.

I select one mailbox

Synchronization method is set at server-side
Allow to use Credentials is set to No

After testing for test & Enable Mailbox
Approve Email
Send email for Approval

The results are failure for incoming/outgoing/appointments is Failure

Error seen in download log:
